TERMS & CONDITIONS :

Step 1 :
Email your order to glassart.craft@gmail.com
and provide me with the order details
including delivery address and your contact number.
I will then reply to you with total amount and delivery charges.

Step 2 :
Make payment (details of a/c will be given after confirmation of order)
or
Payment by cash (COD) if you set an appointment with me to collect the items yourself. (However, a 50% deposit will be required.)

Step 3 :
Fax me the bankslip to

and make sure to include your personal details/contact number and item/s purchased.

*Note :
I only hold 1 unit in stock, so first come basis! Please allow 3-4 days for delivery (excluding weekends & public holidays).
If you interested to order more than 1pc, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
Good/s will be packing properly.
With purchase RM200 and above, delivery within Klang Valley is FOC.

"The size of the glass will be slightly different from the size shown due to kiln baking process."
